SHIPPING POLICY 

 

Production time - 1 - 1.5 months from the date of placing the order.

Delivery time is about 1.5  - 2 months.

Order confirmation
After you paid for your order through checkout, your personal manager gets in touch with you via email and/or telephone and confirms the order. On confirmation, your order is being transferred to the production stage.

Order tracking
After the order had been placed, your personal manager and customer care support managers keep on informing you of your order status on a regular basis.

Delivery of additional items
You can order additional items (options or spare parts) for your e-bike and add them to your current order.

Note: in case your order extras after your main order had been shipped, your extra order will be shipped with the next batch of orders and will include additional cost for delivery.

The basic terms of delivery are indicated on https://www.enduro-ebike.com/. 

The price includes the cost of goods and their delivery to the door or to the seaport, depending on the location of the buyer. Important! When you proceed with an order, please consider the specified time and terms for manufacturing and delivery.

Goods ordered by the Buyer on the Site will be shipped after the seller receives full payment for the goods. 

After proper preparation for transportation, the goods will be handed over to the carrier. It should be noted that from the moment of goods transfer to the carrier, the delivery address specified by the Buyer cannot be changed. Important! The buyer is solely and personally responsible for the accuracy of the indicated delivery address.

GoEV Corp will keep the customer updated on the preliminary date of shipping and send a notification when a bike is ready to be shipped. 


Ownership of the goods and responsibility for their condition will pass to the Buyer upon Buyer’s physical receipt of the goods.

After receiving the order at the pick-up point or at the designated address, the Buyer undertakes to check the integrity of the package completed by the company at the place of issue in the presence of an employee of the carrier company or point of issue. Important! If the inspection is not carried out, the 

The Buyer will be deprived of the right to report a violation of the integrity of the package.

If a breach of package integrity is detected during the inspection, the Buyer undertakes to draw up an Act on this incident in the presence of an employee of the carrier company or point of issue. The act must be signed by the Buyer and the relevant employee.

As for the issues of non-compliance of the received goods with the initially declared quantity, assortment, shelf life, safety of packaging, they are resolved with the Seller in the presence of a duly prepared statement. Important! It is recommended to use photo/video shooting when unpacking the goods. The storage of related evidence that may be claimed in the event of complaints against the Seller is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Payment of import duty, taxes and additional fees is carried out by the Buyer independently and cannot be forwarded for payment to the Seller. The Buyer must have an import license if it is required by his/her country's import regulations. If the Buyer does not have an import license, he/she can find a local brokerage agency to assist with the customs clearance procedure.

GoEV Corp is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. The Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

GoEV Corp will not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods due to any cause which is unavoidable or beyond GoEV Corp's reasonable control. In such cases, GoEV Corp will have the right, at its option, without penalty or any liability for breach, to terminate all or any part of any order or to reschedule delivery within a reasonable time.

Although GoEV Corp will make efforts to begin delivering your GoEV Corp bike or other product as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and GoEV Corp does not guarantee that the company will be able to ship your bike on an estimated ship date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of a GoEV Corp bike is not met, we are is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. GoEV Corp will provide you periodical updates with information regarding the delivery schedule.
