REFUND POLICY

1. General provisionsWe have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at goevcorp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Refund terms

2.1. The Buyer has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of order and the Seller will return the full cost of the purchase to the Buyer.

2.2. If the refund is requested after 7 calendar days from the date of order and before the shipping date, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of the payment made minus the minimum initial fees in the amount of 10% of purchased goods cost.

2.3. If the Buyer requests a refund after the shipping date and before the moment of customs clearance of the goods on the Buyer, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 20% of purchased goods cost.    

2.4. If the Buyer requests a refund after customs clearance of the goods on the Buyer and up to 14 days after receipt of the goods in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 35% of purchased goods cost.Refund is made after the return of the goods by the Buyer to the Seller.


Important: if the Buyer makes a purchase through financing companies, an additional commission may be charged during the refund process.


3. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, incomplete, customized or without the original shipping packaging.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return, and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may also take your bank or credit card issuer some time to process and post a refund. Also, you should take into account the fees charged by the bank on the refund amount.
